My goals were to improve my body composition (lose fat and increase my muscle mass) and further develop my knowledge and understanding with regard to my nutrition.
I really liked the approach Kevin took. Instead of providing me with a generic plan, he designed an individualised meal framework that suited my tastes and accommodated my lifestyle and daily routine. He gave me constant support and guidance and frequently asked for feedback, adapting the plan, if necessary, according to my needs.
Throughout the whole process, I gained relevant insights into different aspects of my nutrition making sure that I understood what I was doing and why.
From the beginning, aspects of my diet which I could easily change were highlighted and changes implemented immediately, and, as a result, I observed rapid, positive changes in my general well-being.
Together with a recommended meal framework and very useful practical tips, I was encouraged to start lifting weights in order gain muscle mass. The results I experienced were really good, I could genuinely see a change – I felt stronger. This progress encouraged me to keep improving and work even harder to successfully pursue my body composition goals.
As I progressed and my goals changed slightly, Kevin implemented new changes and recommendations that helped me to stay motivated and guided me towards achieving my goals.
After a while, those changes became part of my everyday routine. The best thing about it, is that almost a year later, I am still following the tips and advice I gained.
Thanks to what I learnt throughout, I can now eat pretty much what I want and I haven’t bounced back to my initial weight. I now feel healthier and stronger and in control of my diet.
