PRISM Nutrition has designed and adapted these recipes to facilitate a wide variety of differing goals, ranging from optimal health, fat loss, to muscle gain and sports performance.

We include easy-to-follow healthy recipes, healthy snacks and sweet treats. Our aim is to provide and inspire creative recipe ideas that may suit your personal taste preferences, lifestyle, goals, and training demands.

These recipes are adaptable - the quantities, ingredients and servings provided are there to guide you, and they can be adjusted and individualised to suit your personal goals and dietary requirements.
