The most appealing aspect of the service was having a bespoke meal plan based on my food preferences, training and lifestyle. It made slotting the recommended structure into my routine very easy.
As of Saturday, I am now 73.2kg, down from 84.2kg at the start. What I’m really pleased with is that I haven’t seen a decline in maximal strength, which was my big worry.
I feel more comfortable approaching caloric intake over the course of a week. For example, reducing calories the next day when overeating the day before.
